About the role

  • Perform registration updates for beneficiaries of group health plans.
  • Provide support to the team and clarify inquiries.
  • Monitor deadlines and indicators for internal and external adjustments.
  • Analyze and correct data discrepancies between the company and plan providers/insurers.
  • Execute member registration changes and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure all requests received by e-mail are logged and followed up with the plan providers/insurers.
  • Track and monitor registration changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields.
  • Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector is desirable, such as with insurers, brokers, or administrators.
