About the role
- Skedda is a global booking management platform serving venue and space reservations
- AllBooked by Skedda focuses on businesses monetizing venues (athletic facilities, studios, event venues, community centers, coworking spaces)
- Product Owner for AllBooked working closely with a team of six developers and a designer
- Fully remote role based in Europe
- Serve as Product Owner: gather requirements, weigh functional and technical tradeoffs, scope and develop requirements documents, and work with engineers to build new features
- Conduct customer interviews and surveys to deeply understand customer needs and pains
- Perform data analysis of the customer base to inform prioritization and product scoping decisions
- Communicate product decisions, status, and launches to generate buy-in internally

- Pragmatic problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Open to feedback and continuous learning
- Takes initiative and works with a sense of urgency
- Balances quantitative analysis, qualitative evidence, and strategy in decisions
- Scrappy and resourceful
- Curious and willing to learn
- Experience in early-stage tech startups (<30 employees)
- At least 3 years of experience in software product management
- Comfortable discussing technical topics with engineers
- Experience working in an agile development process
