Account Manager

• Proactively identify and close upsell opportunities
• Drive adoption of AllBooked’s newest product lines
• Increase monthly and annual account revenue through consultative discovery and targeted upgrade conversations
• Educate customers on how AllBooked’s expanded capabilities can streamline their operations and reduce manual work
• Own a portfolio of accounts focusing on pipeline generation and deal closure within the existing customer base
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to execute expansion plays, run outreach sequences, deliver product demos, and consistently grow your assigned book

Account Manager – Upsell Specialist

Revenue Operations

• Own HubSpot configuration, workflows, and data quality
• Build lifecycle stages, scoring, routing rules, and field structures
• Clean up duplicate or legacy CRM fields
• Build and maintain automations in Zapier, HubSpot, Stripe, PandaDoc, Intercom, RevenueHero, and Claap
• Set up basic API/webhook-based integrations (no engineering required)
• Replace manual processes with automated workflows
• Translate sales/marketing experiment ideas into system changes
• Add tracking, routing, fields, and workflows to support rapid testing
• Configure instrumentation for A/B and funnel experiments
• Create and maintain sales and marketing dashboards
• Ensure reliable data syncing between CRM and billing systems
• Build reports needed for GTM leaders
• Partner with Skedda Workplace’s RevOps team to maintain system consistency
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and CS to support day-to-day operations

Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Product Manager

• Skedda is a global booking management platform serving venue and space reservations
• AllBooked by Skedda focuses on businesses monetizing venues (athletic facilities, studios, event venues, community centers, coworking spaces)
• Product Owner for AllBooked working closely with a team of six developers and a designer
• Fully remote role based in Europe
• Serve as Product Owner: gather requirements, weigh functional and technical tradeoffs, scope and develop requirements documents, and work with engineers to build new features
• Conduct customer interviews and surveys to deeply understand customer needs and pains
• Perform data analysis of the customer base to inform prioritization and product scoping decisions
• Communicate product decisions, status, and launches to generate buy-in internally
