About the role
- Recruiting support: You assist with posting and updating job ads and support the entire recruiting process.
- Applicant management: From first contact to the interview — you organize and coordinate the whole process and actively participate in the selection process.
- Administrative tasks: You maintain personnel files, handle inquiries, and manage requests for employee documents.
- Onboarding: You actively help shape our onboarding process and support new team members during their start.
- Project work: You independently take on smaller projects and contribute fresh ideas to our HR strategies.
Requirements
- Structured approach: You work accurately and independently and keep an overview even when handling multiple tasks.
- Team player: You collaborate well with others and communicate clearly and openly.
- Resilience and friendliness: You remain friendly and solution-oriented even during busy or stressful periods.
- Good Office skills: You are proficient with common Office programs and are a proactive user of digital tools.
- Availability: You should plan to commit to the internship for at least 3 months.
- Prior HR experience is a plus but not required!
