Sales Development Rep

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email, social selling, and account-based outreach.
• Engage and qualify key decision-makers within Community Banking organizations.
• Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for Account Executives.
• Conduct in-depth account and contact research to prioritize outreach and personalize messaging.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to support territory strategies and targeted account initiatives.
• Develop a strong understanding of Alkami’s products and Community Banking use cases to effectively position value.
• Accurately track prospecting activities and maintain clean, up-to-date records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to support campaign follow-up and event-driven outreach.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and peer support to SDRs within the Community Banking segment.
• Support onboarding and ramp for new SDR hires.
• Create, test, and maintain outbound cadences and messaging frameworks for team use.
• Assist with training initiatives, including messaging, objection handling, and prospecting best practices.
• Help develop and maintain SDR onboarding and training materials.
• Review outbound messaging and cadences to ensure quality, consistency, and segment alignment.
• Pilot new prospecting strategies and share recommendations for broader adoption.
• Analyze and report on team-level prospecting performance and key metrics.
• Share insights and updates with Sales and Marketing leadership related to outbound effectiveness.
