About the role
- Strategically identify, qualify, and close 6-figure+ deal with C-level executives within Community banks.
- Take a thoughtful, consultative approach to understanding client needs and demonstrating the unique value of MANTL's solutions.
- Skillfully manage multi-layered stakeholder environments and guide challenging sales processes from initial engagement to successful close.
- Develop and nurture key relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner and industry expert.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking progress from prospecting to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to help build best-in-class processes for the future of MANTL sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, contributing directly to MANTL's growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in either Enterprise Sales or Consulting
- A history of successfully closing 6-figure+ software or cloud-based solutions to banks and financial institutions
- Demonstrated consultative selling approach and strong negotiation skills
- Experience using Salesforce.com and other modern sales tools, including AI
- Strong attention to detail in both verbal and written communication.
