About the role
- Drive Revenue Growth: Strategically identify, qualify, and close 6-figure+ deals with C-level executives within Community banks
- Expert Consultative Selling: Take a thoughtful, consultative approach to understanding client needs
- Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Skillfully manage multi-layered stakeholder environments
- Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and nurture key relationships
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline

Requirements
- 5+ years of total Sales or Business Development Experience
- 3+ years of proven experience in either:
- ○ New Logo Sales
- ○ MidMarket or Enterprise Sales: A history of successfully closing 6-figure+ software or cloud-based solutions to banks and financial institutions
- ○ Consulting: Experience in a consulting role, adept at managing complex conversations with multi-layered stakeholders to drive results
- Ability to articulate complex products or concepts into clear, digestible information
- Exceptional success selling in a virtual environment
- Demonstrated consultative selling approach and strong negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail in both verbal and written communication
- Experience using Salesforce.com and other modern sales tools including AI
