  • Drive Revenue Growth: Strategically identify, qualify, and close 6-figure+ deals with C-level executives within Community banks
  • Expert Consultative Selling: Take a thoughtful, consultative approach to understanding client needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of total Sales or Business Development Experience
  • 3+ years of proven experience in either:
  • ○ New Logo Sales
  • ○ MidMarket or Enterprise Sales: A history of successfully closing 6-figure+ software or cloud-based solutions to banks and financial institutions
  • ○ Consulting: Experience in a consulting role, adept at managing complex conversations with multi-layered stakeholders to drive results
  • Ability to articulate complex products or concepts into clear, digestible information
  • Exceptional success selling in a virtual environment
  • Demonstrated consultative selling approach and strong negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail in both verbal and written communication
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and other modern sales tools including AI
