About the role

  • Responsible for successfully launching new clients on Alkami’s digital banking platform
  • Oversee execution of a comprehensive implementation program plan
  • Drive ARR realization and retention through execution of customer implementations
  • Establish reporting and dashboards connecting implementation performance to ARR activation
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to drive focus on business objectives
  • Establish and maintain a strong partnership with PMO
  • Drives cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of implementation deliverables
  • Provide leadership and continuous coaching to implementation teams.
  • Accountable for managing internal and external escalations, communications, metrics reporting, and SLAs
  • Proactively seek out opportunities for organizational improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a related field, leading implementation teams in the FinTech or SaaS industry
  • Experience in commercial banking (Treasury, Cash management)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Required Experience in the FinTech or SaaS industry, leading client delivery teams related to digital banking
  • Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, team-oriented sales goals-driven environment
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Must have a “Winning” attitude
  • Highly organized with detailed, focused time management, negotiation, and consultation sales skills
  • Ability to execute quickly and with high-quality.
  • Preferred: Masters Degree in related field
  • Experience with Jira and Smart Sheets or other portfolio management systems
  • A general knowledge of agile Product management and software development processes.
