Requirements

8+ years in technical roles within software development organizations
5+ years as a TPM or Program Manager managing large, complex initiatives
5+ years leading TPMs or Program Managers, including hiring and mentoring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or Master's preferred)
Technical Background: Experience building software and a strong understanding of scalable platforms, cloud (AWS), CI/CD, and SDLC practices
Tooling Proficiency: Expert-level use of Atlassian Jira/Confluence, GitLab, and relevant automation tools
Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP) and Waterfall methodologies
