About the role

Collaborate with Alkami's existing bank and credit union customers to understand their current and future digital banking strategies, goals and pain points
Identify upsell opportunities for existing clients within assigned territory
Partner with account management team to conduct regularly business reviews with customers to assess their progress
Drive customer renewals by demonstrating the value and benefits of Alkami's digital banking solutions
Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, case studies, and other materials to support customer engagements
Build and maintain strong relationships, virtual and in-person, with key decision makers and stakeholders within assigned territory
Meet or exceed sales targets

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
8+ years proven sales experience, directly supporting a quota
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Exceptional relationship building and networking skills
Self motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Maintain high ethical standard and determination to succeed
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers (25-50%)
