About the role

  • Lead development and ongoing management of end-to-end GTM playbook outlining internal readiness and commercialization processes for all products.
  • Secure buy-in from cross-functional partners on GTM frameworks and drive engagement through structured forums providing oversight and visibility into GTM execution.
  • Manage production and distribution of product roadmap materials across transmission points, including Sales, CXG, and direct-to-client channels such as the Alkami Community.
  • Establish sales engagement standards and an ongoing engagement model with Sales to drive consistency in product positioning, pricing, and contracting.
  • Lead enterprise pricing governance by managing the Enterprise Pricing Committee, defining and maintaining pricing policies, and producing reporting on price execution and outcomes.
  • Maintain a best-in-class program management practice focused on supporting large, strategic initiatives led by Product.
  • Act as a leader within Alkami’s community of practice for project and program management, setting standards and sharing expertise to elevate organizational capability.
  • Influence and align functional partners (Product, Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and others) with critical tasks, ensuring accountability and progress toward strategic program objectives.
  • Report to the VP of Product Operations and drive operational excellence, process governance, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in program management, product operations, GTM execution, or related fields, with leadership roles in SaaS, fintech, or technology environments.
  • Proven ability to create and scale operational frameworks for GTM readiness, commercialization, and program management.
  • Strong background in pricing governance, sales enablement, and cross-functional execution.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead through influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills: written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, to all levels of management.
  • High integrity, strong sense of ownership and commitment to results.
  • Emphasis on relationship and team-building skills across a wide sphere of influence.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
