About the role

  • Create the technical design and develop Tableau CRM (CRM Analytics/Einstein Analytics) dashboards and lenses;
  • Build and optimize data flows, recipes, and datasets for high-volume environments;
  • Implement faceting, navigation, and record-level actions for interactive dashboards;
  • Integrate data from Salesforce and external sources (SQL, APIs, flat files);
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance optimization across analytics solutions;
  • Write SAQL queries for complex analytics requirements;
  • Design dashboards with filters, bindings, and drill downs for enhanced user experience;
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine analytics requirements;
  • Support UAT, deployment, and post-production enhancements;
  • Maintain documentation and follow analytics best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Tableau CRM and Salesforce CRM Analytics;
  • Hands-on expertise in data flows, recipes, SAQL, and dashboard/lens creation;
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security (Roles, Sharing, FLS);
  • Familiarity with SQL and data modelling concepts;
  • Ability to manage data transformation, aggregation, and optimization;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing dashboards for automotive parts distribution and retail operations.
  • English: Proficient
