About the role

  • Ensure the installation, implementation and administration of the EasyVista tool;
  • Ensure the platform is kept up to date (updates, upgrades) to guarantee quality, productivity and security;
  • Manage workflows related to incidents, changes and services, as well as EZV applications;
  • Draft technical documentation (procedures, guides, administration reports);
  • Analyze incidents and suggest improvements;
  • Train teams in the optimal use of the tool.
  • Technical environment:
  • ITSM: EasyVista (workflows, EZV applications);
  • System: Windows Server;
  • Norms and standards: ITIL, security best practices.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Proficiency in EasyVista workflows and internal applications;
  • Good understanding of Windows Server environments;
  • Ability to provide level 2 and 3 technical support;
  • Ability to write clear technical documents;
  • Team spirit and service-oriented approach.
  • Extra edge
  • Knowledge of Talend.
  • Language skills
  • French: Proficient
