About the role
- Act as an Oracle HCM Cloud Absence subject matter expert, leading clients through the entire cloud application service implementation;
- Drive and communicate project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence projects;
- Work with clients on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM;
- Advise clients on best practices and guide them through Oracle-delivered functionality;
- Map business processes to delivered functionality, document client requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing;
- Maintain strong client relationships;
- Collaborate with peers to continuously improve delivery models for greater client value and efficiency;
- Mentor junior-level associates to support their professional development and contribution to company growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a functional lead role;
- Oracle certification;
- At least 3 full-cycle Absence implementations;
- Global Absence experience and knowledge of Absence processes;
- Experience with additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules, preferably Core HR or OTL;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Strong ability to plan work effort and manage priorities effectively;
- Comfortable working remotely with clients and peers.
