About the role
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients in the insurance sector
- Participate in designing solutions tailored to business needs
- Contribute to pre-sales activities
- Participate in drafting and reviewing requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborate in the development of go-to-market strategies
- Support teams in developing delivery strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Experience providing strategic consulting to major clients
- Expertise in insurance business processes (life, property and casualty, group benefits, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of industry challenges and market trends
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) is an asset
- Proficiency in French and English
