About the role
- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary actions, workplace complaints, and performance issues
- Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee concerns
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on employee relations matters
- Interpret and apply HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements
- Facilitate mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing employee relations cases preferred
- Proven ability in conflict resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and case management tools
