About the role
- Spearheading the discovery, evaluation, and incorporation of PPMOF solutions across projects
- Leading efforts to maximize offsite trade labor and reduce onsite construction demands
- Reporting directly to the SVP of Capex Strategy & Optimization
- Driving pilot implementations and continuous improvements of PPMOF strategies
- Maintaining awareness of industry trends and innovations related to offsite construction
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Prefabrication, Preassembly, Modularization, and Offsite Fabrication (PPMOF)
- Expertise in data center design, preconstruction, and construction processes
- Experience in vendor and supplier relationships for advanced prefabrication and modular solutions
- Ability to develop quantitative models demonstrating ROI and cost savings
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Leadership capabilities to drive project implementations and improvements
