About the role
- Regional Execution of National Maintenance Standards
- Validate PM planning, sequencing, and scheduling across all sites in the region.
- Own CMMS data accuracy for the region.
- Build annual, quarterly, and monthly maintenance plans for assigned sites.
- Audit vendor performance.
Requirements
- 7 - 10 years of experience in data centers, industrial maintenance, or mission-critical facility operations.
- Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, controls, and reliability-driven maintenance practices.
- Experience with CMMS governance, vendor management, and multi-site coordination.
- Strong communication, planning, auditing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple sites within the region as needed.
