About the role
- Ensure full regional alignment to national maintenance standards
- Validate PM planning and scheduling across all sites
- Own CMMS data accuracy for the region
- Build annual and quarterly maintenance plans for all assigned sites
- Audit vendor performance and manage deficiencies
Requirements
- 7 - 10 years of experience in data centers or industrial maintenance
- Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and reliability-driven maintenance practices
- Experience with CMMS governance and multi-site coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed
