About the role

  • Engage C-level leaders with compelling value stories about Align HCM services
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline—2X your annual quota
  • Partner closely with UKG Sales Executives and others to identify and close new opportunities
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from proposal to negotiation to close
  • Provide accurate forecasts and keep CRM data fresh and actionable
  • Maintain a working knowledge of UKG products and capabilities

Requirements

  • Proven success selling Workforce Management or Human Capital Management software solutions/service
  • 5+ years of success in a full-cycle sales environment (inside or outside capacity)
  • A consultative, customer-first sales approach combined with strong understanding of HCM/WFM solutions
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including C-level
  • UKG experience is a plus.
