About the role
- Engage C-level leaders with compelling value stories about Align HCM services
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline—2X your annual quota
- Partner closely with UKG Sales Executives and others to identify and close new opportunities
- Lead the full sales cycle—from proposal to negotiation to close
- Provide accurate forecasts and keep CRM data fresh and actionable
- Maintain a working knowledge of UKG products and capabilities
Requirements
- Proven success selling Workforce Management or Human Capital Management software solutions/service
- 5+ years of success in a full-cycle sales environment (inside or outside capacity)
- A consultative, customer-first sales approach combined with strong understanding of HCM/WFM solutions
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including C-level
- UKG experience is a plus.
