About the role

  • Management, monitoring and continuous updating of Aliare’s portfolio within industry incentive programs;
  • Guidance to the commercial team and clients regarding procedures and redemptions in the incentive programs;
  • Points simulations for Aliare solutions for the commercial team and clients;
  • Direct assistance to clients for completing redemptions and support to the finance team;
  • Monitoring and control of customer orders until they are invoiced;
  • Validation and submission of referrals received from partners to the commercial team (Indicali Partners);
  • Tracking and follow-up on closing of leads generated by partners;
  • Validation and release of rewards to referring partners according to achievement of targets established in the internal referral program;
  • Validation and monitoring of monthly invoicing of revenue originating from partners;
  • Proactive outreach to clients assisting with contract renewals via point redemptions (billing support).

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience in customer or partner service and relationship management;
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills;
  • Preferred: Knowledge of agribusiness and previous experience with relationship and loyalty programs; familiarity with CRM tools.
