About the role

  • Drive the sales cycle from post–pre-sales qualification through negotiation and closing of opportunities;
  • Identify, qualify and develop business opportunities, ensuring achievement of established sales targets;
  • Work with inbound leads and active prospecting, supporting the development of new opportunities and markets, primarily for off-the-shelf products;
  • Conduct commercial conversations in a semi-consultative manner, adapting the pitch to each prospect's profile, segment and business context;
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals with a focus on perceived value of the investment, not just on price;
  • Manage and keep the pipeline and forecast updated in the CRM with assertiveness and discipline, ensuring visibility and predictability of deals;
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, Marketing and other teams involved in the commercial process;
  • Participate in trade shows, events and commercial activities related to the segment to build relationships, increase customer proximity and generate new business opportunities;
  • Follow processes, KPIs and sales rituals defined by the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Law, Marketing or related fields;
  • Previous experience in sales (inside sales, inbound, outbound or consultative sales);
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies;
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar);
  • Good verbal communication and excellent written communication skills;
  • Commercial profile with a focus on results, targets and metrics;
  • Organization, discipline and responsibility for managing pipeline and forecast;
  • Openness to challenges, sales pressure and continuous feedback.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in Risk, Compliance and Whistleblower Channel environments;
  • Experience selling Software/SaaS or technology solutions;
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling and Predictable Revenue;
  • Knowledge or interest in topics such as Compliance, LGPD, Governance and Corporate Integrity;
  • Courses, training or certifications in sales, negotiation or customer relationship management.
