Create high-quality, creative visual and multimedia assets for digital content, social media, paid ads, emails, technical reports, infographics, presentations, events, and campaigns — ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
Design engaging static graphics and produce/edit videos, animations, and motion graphics that bring concepts to life and enhance brand storytelling.
Be a key contributor to creative problem-solving, translating complex concepts and data into visually engaging designs and dynamic video content.
Maintain and manage an organized library of design, video, and animation assets, along with brand materials, for internal teams and external partners.
Help produce both graphic and video elements for special campaigns, and assist in developing integrated visual strategies that support organizational goals.
Work within established brand guidelines while tailoring static and motion content for specific projects, audiences, and needs — maintaining creative input to evolve and innovate assets over time.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to produce designs, videos, and animations that meet strategic goals and align with brand standards.
Ensure all creative deliverables (graphic and video) are met on time, with high accuracy and attention to detail, in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Requirements
Creative problem-solver with strong ability to develop appealing, innovative solutions across both static and motion design.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and visual storytelling in both graphic and video outputs.
Experience designing social media posts, email banners, paid ads, producing/editing video content and motion graphics.
Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners, while being open to and able to apply constructive feedback.
Advanced skills in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Google Slides/PowerPoint.
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work — including both static and motion/video projects — ideally in a web3, fintech, tech, or startup environment.
Good to have: Web3 experience.
Canva experience.
Illustration and 3D animation experience.
Solid understanding of print production processes.
3–5 years of experience in a hybrid Graphic & Motion Designer / Video Editor role or similar.
