Full-stack Engineer

• Develop and maintain high-performance Rust libraries for our multi-language development platform.
• Implement FFI interfaces for multi-language integration (e.g. Python, Typescript, WASM, Go, Java)
• Create and maintain robust cross-language interoperability layers
• Review code and mentor other engineers in Rust best practices
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a compiler of high-level languages like Python and Typescript to the TEAL Algorand Virtual Machine Language.
• Experience with Compiler Architecture: Familiarity with multi-stage optimizing compilers and their architectures, including working with and optimizing intermediate representations within a compiler pipeline.
• Drive technical discussions and architectural decisions.

Senior Software Engineer, Platform

Graphics Designer

• Create high-quality, creative visual and multimedia assets for digital content, social media, paid ads, emails, technical reports, infographics, presentations, events, and campaigns — ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
• Design engaging static graphics and produce/edit videos, animations, and motion graphics that bring concepts to life and enhance brand storytelling.
• Be a key contributor to creative problem-solving, translating complex concepts and data into visually engaging designs and dynamic video content.
• Maintain and manage an organized library of design, video, and animation assets, along with brand materials, for internal teams and external partners.
• Help produce both graphic and video elements for special campaigns, and assist in developing integrated visual strategies that support organizational goals.
• Work within established brand guidelines while tailoring static and motion content for specific projects, audiences, and needs — maintaining creative input to evolve and innovate assets over time.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to produce designs, videos, and animations that meet strategic goals and align with brand standards.
• Ensure all creative deliverables (graphic and video) are met on time, with high accuracy and attention to detail, in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
