About the role

  • Drive new business growth
  • Own the commercial strategy and its execution for the EMEA market (with an initial presence in French-speaking countries)
  • Identify, qualify, and close high‑value opportunities
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Establish and grow relationships with enterprise customers
  • Build executive-level relationships with clients (CXOs and supply chain leaders)
  • Understand customer challenges and position our solutions to emphasize their value
  • Lead account planning to maximize upsell and cross-sell
  • Represent the company in the European market (events, webinars, partners, analysts)
  • Provide insights on market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Adapt messaging and go-to-market (GTM) tactics to French corporate culture
  • Work closely with marketing, consulting, customer success, presales, and product teams
  • Ensure a smooth handover to implementation teams and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Support regional initiatives and contribute to the global go-to-market strategy
  • Own the pipeline generation plan and the accuracy of weekly forecasts
  • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and data quality
  • Ensure compliance with commercial governance and contract handover processes

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales
  • Experience selling SaaS/technology/digital transformation solutions
  • Over 10 years of experience in supply chain
  • Strong network within mid-market and large French/European enterprises
  • Excellent communication skills in French (native) and English (professional proficiency)
  • Experience working with large partners (Microsoft, AWS, GSI, major French integrators) (asset)
  • Experience in AI, data analytics, or supply chain solutions (if relevant to Algo or your context) (asset)
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing or rapidly evolving international organization (asset)
