About the role
- Architect and execute marketing strategy across acquisition, digital presence, and operational excellence
- Manage a distributed team of Regional Marketing Managers and partner with senior leadership
- Own the full marketing tech stack and lead acquisition campaigns
- Design and implement integrated new patient acquisition strategies with measurable ROI
- Build digital-first marketing infrastructure, including SEO/SEM, paid media, and GEO optimization
- Collaborate with market leaders to create localized growth plans aligned with clinic capacity
- Manage provider reputation, community partnerships, and sponsorship programs that generate qualified leads
- Empower team members with budget authority and accountability for growth metrics
- Develop scalable campaign frameworks for rapid deployment across markets
- Direct website strategy, digital ecosystem, and content marketing programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (Master's preferred; equivalent experience considered)
- 7+ years progressive marketing experience with 5+ years leading teams
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling regional marketing operations with measurable growth outcomes
- Deep expertise in digital marketing: SEO/SEM, paid media, marketing automation, analytics platforms
- Healthcare marketing experience and HIPAA knowledge strongly preferred
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and clinical leadership
- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Meta platforms, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush
- Experience with healthcare CRM/EHR systems is a plus
- Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
