About the role
- Plan, build, and deploy targeted email campaigns that support certifications, training, membership, webinars, and event marketing.
- Create segmented email lists and implement A/B tests to optimize performance.
- Develop automated email workflows (lead nurturing, onboarding, engagement sequences) using marketing automation platforms.
- Monitor and analyze email metrics to improve deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion outcomes.
- Write and edit email copy that is clear, actionable, and optimized for engagement and SEO-informed keyword strategy.
- Maintain email calendars, ensuring timely and coordinated communication across departments.
- Serve as host and/or technical producer for A3 webinars, including industry education sessions and robot safety training.
- Coordinate speaker logistics, run tech checks, and manage live Q&A.
- Build and execute webinar promotional plans, including registration emails, landing pages, social posts, and automated reminders.
- Manage post-event workflows, including follow-up emails, on-demand publishing, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with sponsors and internal teams to ensure smooth, professional webinar delivery.
- Optimize website copy using on-page SEO best practices.
- Conduct keyword research to support content updates and improve organic search rankings.
- Review and approve third-party content submissions to ensure SEO alignment and messaging accuracy.
- Conduct regular website audits to maintain accuracy, technical compliance, and user experience quality.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure content is optimized for both search and conversion.
- Support marketing efforts for certifications, standards, market research, and training programs through email, web updates, and digital campaigns.
- Proofread and edit marketing content to maintain brand voice and editorial consistency.
- Assist with the development of digital and print assets by coordinating with designers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track and report on campaign performance to inform optimization and ongoing strategy.
- Contribute to developing marketing materials and email workflows for A3’s conferences, trade shows, and events.
- Provide logistical and marketing support onsite at events as needed, including attendee communications and content coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience, with strong emphasis on email marketing and automation workflows, preferably in a B2B, trade association, or technology-focused environment.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to build workflows, segment audiences, and analyze campaign performance.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword optimization, and digital copywriting.
- Experience moderating and producing webinars on platforms such as Zoom or ON24.
- Proficiency in social media management and content development tools.
- Basic graphic design skills with the ability to create social media and web assets.
- Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
