About the role

  • Lead growth, engagement, and retention for AlgaeCal’s private member community
  • Drive revenue by converting community interactions into purchases; measured on join rates, conversion lifts, and ROI
  • Create content and campaigns that educate, spark conversation, and strengthen member bonds
  • Run experiments, analyze data, and iterate strategies to improve performance
