About the role
- Lead the execution of paid ad strategy and execution across Retail, ReBird, Community, and eCommerce initiatives
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance within digital ad platforms
- Brief campaign creative and work with creative team & stakeholders to ensure best practices and support objectives
- Advance reporting processes and ensure regular feedback loop to key stakeholders on campaign performance
- Plan and implement Paid Media plan aligned with medium-term strategic business goals
- Plan and execute Digital Out of Home (DOOH) media buying for regional Retail functions
- Implement Local Inventory Ads to support omni-channel strategy
- Incorporate offline data and Conversion API into setup and testing to optimize campaign efficiency and omni-channel reporting
- Set up testing plans to show incremental results of full omnichannel impact
- Leverage Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Incrementality data in project planning and reporting
- Analyze program performance insights and create reports for Ecomm, Brand Marketing and NAM commercial teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
- 4+ years experience in paid digital advertising either in-house or at an agency
- Experience working in a global, large-scale company
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and technologies such as Meta, Google (Ads and GMP stack), Pinterest, Reddit, and TikTok
- Experience working with advertising vendors and using planning tools to draft a marketing plan
- Experience working on retail (brick and mortar) clients
- Strong understanding of ad formats and creative best practices
- Skilled at visualizing data and pulling insights from campaign performance
- Experience running advanced measurement tests (A/B tests, brand lift, geo lift, incrementality)
