About the role
- Provide administrative support to ensure operational excellence and delivery of key project initiatives
- Answering inbound telephone calls
- Arranging transportation of samples and goods
- Invoicing and purchasing if required
- Support sample reception and liaising with internal/external service providers and third parties
Requirements
- Strong Communication and coordination skills
- Be flexible and willing to work alongside the business requirements/needs
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has capacity to multi-task multiple initiatives and works well under pressure
- 1 years’ experience within an administrative role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
- Worked within an international matrix organisation, working across multiple countries, time zones and functions
- Educated to HNC level is desirable, but not essential
