About the role

  • Provide administrative support to ensure operational excellence and delivery of key project initiatives
  • Answering inbound telephone calls
  • Arranging transportation of samples and goods
  • Invoicing and purchasing if required
  • Support sample reception and liaising with internal/external service providers and third parties

Requirements

  • Strong Communication and coordination skills
  • Be flexible and willing to work alongside the business requirements/needs
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Has capacity to multi-task multiple initiatives and works well under pressure
  • 1 years’ experience within an administrative role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Worked within an international matrix organisation, working across multiple countries, time zones and functions
  • Educated to HNC level is desirable, but not essential
