About the role

  • Lead the implementation of CRM software systems, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience implementing CRM software systems.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, GHL, Monday.com
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM certification is a plus.
Benefits
  • The Details: This position is full-time, and remote from Monday to Friday. Standard work hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST (New York time zone)
