About the role

  • Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, including planning, configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with client teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Configure and implement business tools such as CRM and Project Management Platforms.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to translate requirements into functional software solutions.
  • Ensure smooth system deployment, testing, and user adoption.
  • Conduct training sessions to help employees effectively use newly implemented software.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure implementations are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Stay up-to-date with software implementation methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software implementation, systems deployment, or project management.
  • Experience working with CRM and business platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, GHL, and Monday.com.
  • Experience implementing or managing project management tools such as Asana, Teamwork, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project Management or CRM certifications are a plus (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or platform-specific certifications).
