About the role

  • Work strategically to drive our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality agenda across Alfa Laval Nordic
  • Engage and influence stakeholders to build ownership and accountability
  • Advise Field Service, Service Centers, and Sales to uphold high standards
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
  • Identify and mitigate risks to safeguard employees, customers, and the business
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen safety culture and quality performance
  • Plan and execute internal and external audits

Requirements

  • A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Sustainability, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in HSEQ within industrial, manufacturing, or process-driven environments across multiple countries (preferably Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to global industrial companies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and hold constructive performance dialogues to strengthen line ownership
  • Proven experience implementing and maintaining a Health and Safety or Quality Management System
  • Hands-on experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and corrective action programs
  • Experience driving sustainability initiatives, including environmental performance, resource efficiency, and emissions reduction
  • Relevant experience with ISO preferred e.g., ISO 14001 / ISO 45001, or equivalent
