Learning and Development

• Provide administrative, logistical, and instructional support for employee learning and development activities
• Manage employee training profiles and records in the agency’s Learning Management System
• Maintain audit-ready documentation
• Support new-hire orientation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the Learning and Development Department
• Prepare, support, and close out new-hire orientation sessions
• Coordinate training materials, classroom supplies, participant documentation, equipment, attendance records, certificates, and other logistical needs
• Obtain and maintain agency-approved Handle With Care and CPR/First Aid certifications
• Serve as a certified co-instructor or instructional assistant within certification scope
• Support safe and effective employee learning experiences
• Respond to Learning and Development inquiries and provide customer service
