About the role

  • Coordinate and contribute to sales projects and tenders within the organization and with customers
  • Monitor follow-up processes for quotations and review and record customer orders
  • Strategically develop our key account customers
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers, field sales, and cross-functional departments
  • Lead the 7-person inside sales team, including across multiple locations
  • Manage relationships with trade and industrial customers

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering tendering processes
  • Several years of sales experience, especially in electrical wholesale, electrical trades, or the electrical industry
  • Leadership experience desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong empathy and a motivating presence
  • Independent and reliable working style
  • Self-responsibility and good communication skills
  • Excellent German and English language skills
