About the role
- Coordinate and contribute to sales projects and tenders within the organization and with customers
- Monitor follow-up processes for quotations and review and record customer orders
- Strategically develop our key account customers
- Work closely with Key Account Managers, field sales, and cross-functional departments
- Lead the 7-person inside sales team, including across multiple locations
- Manage relationships with trade and industrial customers
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Knowledge of electrical engineering tendering processes
- Several years of sales experience, especially in electrical wholesale, electrical trades, or the electrical industry
- Leadership experience desirable
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong empathy and a motivating presence
- Independent and reliable working style
- Self-responsibility and good communication skills
- Excellent German and English language skills
