About the role
- Advise and support our customers in person and by phone
- Actively promote our products and services
- Prepare quotations including price calculations and follow up on outstanding offers
- Receive, record and process customer orders (by phone and on site)
- Work closely with field sales and assist with customer care
- Pick and prepare customer orders
- Store incoming goods and pack products ready for shipment
- Create returns and issue credit notes
Requirements
- Vocational training in electrical engineering with commercial knowledge, or commercial training with electrical engineering knowledge
- Professional experience in sales, preferably in a technical environment
- Knowledge of electrotechnical products (network technology / installation materials / building technology)
