About the role
- You identify potential business customers, research target companies, assess needs, and qualify B2B leads for the sales process.
- You manage existing customers and maintain active contact — through regular follow-ups, proposal tracking, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- You drive the implementation of marketing and sales strategies as well as the acquisition and cultivation of new business opportunities.
Requirements
- You have a proactive attitude and a structured way of working.
- You are proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- You have a customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and friendly manner with strong team spirit.
- Ideally, you have experience working in a national or international market and/or possess strong intercultural competence.
- Required language skills for the German market: German C2 and English B2.
