About the role
- Supporting our existing business clients in the Romanian market, you’ll focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships in the logistics sector.
- Staying in close contact with your key accounts, you proactively engage in conversations about current transport needs and keep communication flowing.
- You spot opportunities within existing accounts, position our logistics services strategically, and turn potential into successful new business.
- Working with clearly defined KPIs, you approach your tasks in a structured way and actively contribute to increasing revenue and performance.
- As part of an international team, you bring your sales strengths to the table and thrive in the fast-paced, ever-evolving logistics environment.
Requirements
- First experience in sales or customer contact.
- Confident on the phone and ready to engage with clients proactively.
- Structured and reliable way of working, with basic skills in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a hands-on mindset.
- Native in Romanian (C2) and English (C1).
