About the role

  • You lead client projects from planning through implementation and ensure that all processes run smoothly.
  • You actively grow existing projects and client relationships, develop new partnerships, and delight our clients by exceeding their expectations.
  • You act as the link between our clients and the internal project team and ensure a smooth flow of information.
  • You maintain all relevant client data in the CRM system and ensure accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Communication Studies, or a comparable field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in sales/marketing.
  • Strong affinity for sales and the ability to manage projects with a sales-oriented approach.
  • Efficient planning and organization of tasks as well as a confident presence.
  • Analytical skills to assess complex issues and translate them into action-oriented measures.
  • Resilience and the ability to remain calm in critical situations.
  • German at C2 level and English at least B2 level (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
