About the role
- Telephone consultation and support of new and existing B2B customers
- Analyze customer needs and identify business opportunities through various channels (phone, e-mail, chat, networking platforms)
- Maintain and update relevant customer information in our database
- Qualify and hand over leads to the sales team for further nurturing and closing
- Contribute actively to market penetration through continuous customer outreach and relationship building
Requirements
- Experience in sales and enjoyment of customer contact
- Strong verbal phone communication skills and professional written communication via e-mail
- Team player with the ability to celebrate successes together and keep team spirit high
- Goal-oriented working style and motivation to delight customers with the best solutions
- German at negotiation/business fluent level (C2) in both spoken and written form; English skills are a plus.
