About the role

  • You ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Provide general IT support
  • Assist with troubleshooting and proactively contribute innovative ideas
  • Operate and optimize our cloud infrastructure
  • Administer, manage and optimize our cloud environments, in particular Microsoft 365 (including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams)
  • Implement and manage Intune for device and application management
  • Configure and manage Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) solutions, including Azure Information Protection and Microsoft Defender
  • Develop and implement security policies and compliance standards within the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Automate processes using PowerShell and other scripting languages
  • Manage security solutions such as Sophos Intercept X
  • Configure and manage the RingCentral phone system

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration)
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT administration
  • Very good knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Ideally Microsoft or ITIL certifications
  • Strong service orientation, team spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and quick comprehension
  • Resilience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Language skills according to the European Framework: German at C1 and English at B2
  • AWS knowledge (nice to have)
