About the role
- Provides strategic and operational oversight for multiple projects across the region
- Supervises Project Managers and multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Develops long-term construction strategies and plans
- Oversees resource planning, including manpower, equipment, and materials
- Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks related to safety, cost, and project delivery
- Manages budgets, monitors expenditures, and ensures cost-effective project execution
- Collaborates with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Provides regular updates to executive leadership about project status, risks, and opportunities
- Leads and mentors project managers, superintendents, and other team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar relevant field
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in project management and/or project controls
- Minimum of seven (7) years supervisory experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management and leadership (i.e., safety, schedule, budget, quality management, and relationship building)
- Strong familiarity and implementation of OSHA 1910/1926
- Experience working for federal agencies.
