About the role

  • Provides strategic and operational oversight for multiple projects across the region
  • Supervises Project Managers and multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Develops long-term construction strategies and plans
  • Oversees resource planning, including manpower, equipment, and materials
  • Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks related to safety, cost, and project delivery
  • Manages budgets, monitors expenditures, and ensures cost-effective project execution
  • Collaborates with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Provides regular updates to executive leadership about project status, risks, and opportunities
  • Leads and mentors project managers, superintendents, and other team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar relevant field
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in project management and/or project controls
  • Minimum of seven (7) years supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management and leadership (i.e., safety, schedule, budget, quality management, and relationship building)
  • Strong familiarity and implementation of OSHA 1910/1926
  • Experience working for federal agencies.
