• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse and geographically distributed team of software developers, ensuring their professional growth and productivity

Manager, Software Development – Cloud

• Lead and manage a team of software developers, ensuring their professional growth and productivity
• Provide hands-on technical guidance in backend, frontend, and desktop development.
• Work closely with developers and testers to produce high-quality technical documentation, including release notes, specifications, and system diagrams.
• Collaborate on both short and long term product roadmaps, providing technical input, feasibility assessments, and resource planning.
• Assist in managing and coordinating major software releases, ensuring smooth deployments and cross-team alignment
• Coordinate testing plans and ensure proper QA coverage and software quality standards
• Work with business analysts to refine, validate, and develop detailed technical requirements.
• Manage development tasks and roadmaps using Confluence.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and cross-team dependencies, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.
• Review, evaluate, and accept/reject idea requests and enhancement proposals.
• Develop a strong understanding of the emergency notification industry including competitor products, features, and capabilities.

Manager, Software Development

Designer

• Utilize mapping software to overlay various types of speakers and estimate coverage areas using customer data and speaker performance
• Create acoustical projections for outdoor and indoor speaker systems for sales and technical tools
• Illustrate technical concepts with diagrams, charts, and illustrations
• Generate 2D models using CAD software for indoor and outdoor alerting system designs
• Transform raw data into charts, graphs, and infographics for easy interpretation
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to translate technical requirements into visuals
• Participate in design reviews with customers to finalize quotations and proposals

CAD Designer, Audio

Content Marketing Manager

• Oversee and grow the Content Marketing team including coaching, performance management, and career development
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans to drive new business, customer expansion, and brand awareness
• Write marketing content for websites, blogs, press releases, social media, and other channels
• Work closely with other departmental leadership to determine key customer issues and develop cross-industry marketing programs
• Track the effectiveness of marketing activities and translate results into actionable insights
• Ensure all marketing communications meet brand and quality standards and serve as final approver for outbound content

• Lead and scale lead generation efforts with a strong focus on the corporate events program
• Plan, organize, and run in-person and virtual events including trade shows, webinars, seminars, workshops, customer training, partner events, user groups, customer summits and employee events
• Responsible for end-to-end event program planning, project management, and logistics from initial planning to post-event follow up, including vendor and budget management
• Design, plan, manage and optimize multi-touch campaigns across digital and offline channels to generate pipeline and engage leads
• Execute campaigns and manage inbound lead flow process, including lead capture, landing page creation, and CRM integration
• Support sales team on personalized sales/marketing campaigns to accelerate leads through the pipeline
• Manage consultant/vendor relationships to scale website, SEO/SEM and paid advertising strategies
• Identify contacts and ensure consistent follow up for campaigns in partnership with Sales teams
• Set event objectives and communicate expectations and responsibilities to stakeholders, vendors, and attendees
• Lead development of strategic event plans and external communications to support audience acquisition
