About the role

  • Collaborate on talent attraction and acquisition strategies globally (we operate in more than 100 countries, your exposure will be truly global!).
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to build and execute talent strategies that align with the company's global vision and priorities.
  • Lead change management initiatives alongside senior leadership, ensuring that our workforce is adaptable, resilient, and aligned with organizational changes.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, offering strategic guidance to support informed talent decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide insights into talent pools and trends.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and talent gaps.
  • Ensure a fair, equitable, and innovative approach to attracting top talent.
  • Utilize collaborative, data-informed insights to enhance talent strategies, evaluate success metrics, and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition and HR teams to create an agile team environment and enhance candidate experience for global recruitment projects.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or talent management, with a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Proven experience in change management and implementing strategic initiatives that align with evolving business goals.
  • Confidence in working autonomously within a supportive team environment, demonstrating accountability for outcomes.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A deep understanding of global talent trends.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with a focus on long-term talent planning as well as day-to-day operational excellence.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovative thinking, with a commitment to driving organizational success.
