About the role

  • Interns ​receive​ guidance​ ​from​ senior​ ​leaders​ and​ ​take​ ​part​ ​in​ ​substantive, hands-on​ ​projects​ ​that​ ​foster​ an understanding​ ​of​ ​overall​ ​operations​ ​at​ ​Aledade​ ​and​ ​the​ ​function​ ​of our​ ​complex​ ​healthcare​ system​ ​in​ ​general.
  • This intern will support the design and build of a standardized ETL data pipeline to automate Quality Bonus payments for Aledade’s partner practices.
  • You will work closely with Finance, Engineering, and Revenue teams to document payment logic, maintain data mapping inventories, and test system outputs against complex business rules.
  • Throughout this project, you will gain hands-on experience in healthcare data transformation, learning how raw claims and financial data flow through a modern pipeline into auditable payment platforms.
  • By participating in the full project lifecycle—from initial discovery to go-live—you will develop practical skills in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • This role offers a unique opportunity to see how scalable automation drives accuracy and transparency in a high-stakes healthcare environment.
