About the role
- Build and maintain complex datasets and high‑impact population health analytics (especially Tableau and SQL‑backed models).
- Lead cross‑functional projects and programs that embed population health measures into the way we operate and measure success.
- Drive cycles of performance improvement by combining advanced analytics, investigative data analysis, and value stream mapping with strong project and stakeholder management.
- Facilitate cross‑functional working sessions and presenting clear, compelling narratives to executives and field teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related quantitative field.
- Expert‑level proficiency in Tableau and SQL (or similar BI and querying tools) with a track record of building and analyzing complex, scalable datasets.
- 8+ years of progressive, relevant experience in population health, healthcare analytics, performance improvement, or closely related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to perform investigative data analysis, including population segmentation, stratification, and cohort analysis.
