About the role
- Implementing and optimizing CMS payment programs such as PC Flex and Practice Payment Excellence
- Manage data-driven projects and design/maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate technical workgroups and partner with cross-functional teams
- Assist in delivering reliable, scalable, and automated payment program operations
- Track and monitor program deliverables, action items, and deadlines
- Draft and distribute professional communications, including reports and program updates
- Create and maintain dashboards and performance summaries
- Provide project management support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or LEAN certification is a plus.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships across diverse teams and regions.
- Demonstrated project management expertise, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven experience preparing executive presentations.
- Strong discretion and judgment, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and presentation using Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with ability to quickly learn new platforms (Salesforce, Miro, Monday.com).
- Results-oriented mindset with proven success managing complex projects to completion.
- Experience working in a matrixed, team-oriented, and distributed environment, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic environments, adapt quickly to change, and remain focused on organizational priorities.
