About the role
- Lead the design and execution of the Medicare Advantage Transformation plan, ensuring alignment with Aledade’s overall growth and performance goals.
- Direct cross-functional workstreams to implement key MA initiatives, including Stars performance, risk adjustment accuracy, and medical cost management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the MA business line, identifying performance gaps and pivoting strategy to ensure we meet or exceed shared savings targets.
- Collaborate with Payer Strategy, Product, and Field Operations to ensure MA initiatives are translated into actionable practice-level workflows.
- Navigate organizational ambiguity to drive "buy-in" across the company, ensuring that MA transformation remains a top-tier priority.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy or operations with at least 5 years specifically focused on Medicare Advantage.
- 6+ years of significant cross-functional "pod" leadership.
- Deep understanding of the MA landscape, including Stars ratings, HCC coding, V28 transition, and supplemental benefit strategies.
- Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects from ideation to completion
- Comfort in Ambiguity: You thrive in a "build-as-you-go" environment. You can take a high-level goal and break it down into a structured execution plan.
- Strong collaboration skills; Ability to lead through influence rather than just authority, working effectively with diverse teams ranging from software engineers to clinicians.
- Strong analytical skills; Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, persuasive narratives for Aledade’s executive leadership team.
- A deep-seated passion for primary care and a desire to disrupt the fee-for-service status quo.
