About the role

  • Reporting to the Lead of Growth Tech Operations, the Sr. Marketing Technology Specialist serves as the primary architect and administrator of Aledade’s Growth technology stack.
  • You will be the "fingers-on-keys" expert responsible for the health, integration, and optimization of our sales and marketing tools (including Outreach, ChiliPiper, and Gong).
  • This role balances technical execution with strategic support, ensuring our Growth organization has the documented processes and high-performing systems needed to execute complex healthcare strategies at scale.
  • We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant, equivalent work experience in marketing or sales operations
  • 3+ years in an marketing operations or sales operations management role
  • 3+ years managing/implementing a variety of growth-enablement tools including Outreach.io, ChiliPiper, Zoominfo, Gong, Chatbot, Captello, Salesforce.com, etc.
  • Project management skills managing the implementation/rollout of changes and systems
