Provide operational support to the Explorer market and assigned Flex coverage market(s) within Aledade's Provider Networks
Proficiency in strategic project management, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence
Support the coordination of market initiatives
Guide teams in the execution of strategic objectives to improve market performance

Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree plus 1-2 years of related experience in operations within Aledade or equivalent.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, project management, and strategic problem-solving
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Monday.com for data management and collaboration and Tableau or other similar tools for reporting and analytics.
